Paul Broad - Team Principal
Paul looks after the Teams PR, marketing and general logistics. Since Phillip began racing in 1996 Paul has been by this his son's side to give him the confidence to perform at this best.
Paul is a Director in a building services engineering consultancy and has 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry developing his skills in design, project planning and management. Paul's key strengths are a practical understanding and methodical approach of the multiple fast track projects; a high attention to detail and a holistic appreciation of the wider disciplines that need to unite to provide a successful project. These attributes are reflected within the team to achieve the same high standards and understanding required to gain the success Phillip has achieved to date.
